Workplace

There is no debate that work will cause some degree of stress. Escaping all stress is not realistic but learning how to work with it can be learned and has proven to make a difference.

The healthiest companies seek ways to help employees find satisfaction on the job by offering proactive programs rather than waiting for the employee to require more urgent attention.

We must in incorporate ways to bring meaning and pride back into the workplace. The America Institute of Stress cited for 2012 the annual costs to employers in stress related health care and missed work was $300 billion.  It was also found that 80% of workers feel stress on the job, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help.

My trainings can assist in this area by addressing employees as individuals who seek wholeness and the ability to contribute and experience value for themselves, on and off the job. Mindfulness, awareness and meditation reveals this through the practices which are applicable to everyday situations. As we search to find wholeness, we come to understand that the practices show us this wholeness is already within us. We just need some adjustments for it to be experienced and realized. Our core integrity can then be felt, experienced and expressed naturally for ourselves and others.

Grow-Aware-Meditation-retreat-2I offer an approach to mindfulness and meditation which is easy to apply and user friendly yet profoundly effective. My programs can be tailored to the specific needs of your company so that all the employees of your company not only are freer of absenteeism, illness and over use of health benefits but are happier at work, more motivated and keep efficiency and production high without sacrificing anyone’s health or well-being to a detrimental degree.

Everyone wants to know they matter and this in turn makes matters better.
