We must in incorporate ways to bring meaning and pride back into the workplace. The America Institute of Stress cited for 2012 the annual costs to employers in stress related health care and missed work was $300 billion. It was also found that 80% of workers feel stress on the job, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help.
My trainings can assist in this area by addressing employees as individuals who seek wholeness and the ability to contribute and experience value for themselves, on and off the job. Mindfulness, awareness and meditation reveals this through the practices which are applicable to everyday situations.
